"Communication was awesome. I asked if it was possible to do early check-in and they did it for a fee. It was better than paying for a full extra prior day. I also asked for airport transportation service, and they were quick to respond to my needs. Always asking if there is anything they can assist with and I am grateful for that. Room was clean, didn't have an issue the 5 days I stayed. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was included and I enjoyed the food."

"the STAFF was excellent, Nestor was awesome as were the desk personnel. I was going to send a email about this next comment thru an email, but will do it here also. Its was very sad to see a very short hair, light brown and gray man, he seemed to be a manager or owner of the hotel really treat the staff poorly. 2 days he was very abrupt with many of the staff.
