"I stayed here on a business trip, my first time there. The room had been recently renovated, everything is new. Everything worked perfectly. Nice quiet location just outside Chatham. The owner was very kind to accommodate my special request for parking. Room is not large but was certainly enough space. Fridge and microwave in the room were certainly appreciated. A couple of little tips: food facilities are a bit of distance, so I picked that up on the way there. Also the volume...

"great breakfast, great staff. room has wall paper peeling off walls, wear marks, many signs there hasn't been a full refresh in awhile. good water pressure in the shower. the bed was OK. not great but not terrible. decent stay, though somewhat overpriced compared to other similar hotels nearby."
