"We had a one night stay beginning of June. The motel is easy to find and fairly close to the downtown area, staff were very friendly. Rooms have been updated and are clean, some of our guests with our group said their mattress was too hard or too soft. We found ours to be fine. You won’t go wrong booking here for a night or two. Enjoy Kincardin is a great town"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff both front desk workers answered my questions well and were very friendly and helpful. The very nice woman who cleans all the rooms was so very nice and polite. She saw we had a do not disturb sign on our door and actually DID NOT DISTURB us!!!!!
