"Beautiful hotel with high view of a park in a revine below. The beds were firm and bedding very comfortable. The restaurant is good but separate from hotel so no tabs to room. Everything in Xalapa is a challenge to drive to because of the topography and one-way streets. We recommend taxis! Our overall experience was wonderful. Good value for the money! Our friends stayed in the 3rd floor special room. It was a little more expensive but an amazing room!"
