Staff very friendly, facilities wonderful with gym, hot tub and large beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas. Free shuttle to airport and mall was very appreciated. Coffee every morning available in the lobby with the flavored creamers (i do care about the little things like this). The bathroom was very nice and shower head felt amazing. "Convenient location near Mall of America and metro station . Nice front desk staff. We stayed 3 nights. No maid service provided.Trash removal from the room would have been nice. Good yogurt selection but breakfast otherwise limited."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. One thing though, the tv remote would not turn on the tv. This wasn’t a big deal, since I cut cable awhile ago and am use to no tv."
