"The staff were great, all very friendly and welcoming. The club was a lovely calm atmosphere with some yummy cake and biscuits, and access to a coffee/hot chocolate machine which was great. As well as board games, magazines, a computer and a television. Balard Metro station very close by and very handy, some restaurants about 600m away and a McDonald's next door. However, the room was boiling hot, and looking at other reviews it seems this was not just an issue for us. The "air con" is actually just blowing fan air out, not air conditioned air, and we found it incredibly hot. There were no opening windows, it was very stuffy and difficult to sleep in the heat. I was awake throughout the night, very dehydrated and too hot to sleep. Unfortunately this ruined it for us, and we wouldn't stay again despite the positives. If they are trying to be eco friendly, a ceiling fan above the bed to help circulate the air and cool you down would be a great improvement. "

"Clean room with a great view, good bar with a great view and great drinks. Staff could have been a little more helpful and told us about the shared downstairs kitchen, but that’s a tiny issue as I read about it online and found it myself in the end."

"The breakfast was good selection, room was clean, but the light switch behind the bed was faulty doesn’t turn off. The staff could be more friendly, approachable and at least smile 90 percent of staff look angry. "

"The hotel was clean, the staff nice and welcoming. The room & bed was a lot smaller than those shown in the images. The bathroom was clean but the shower lacked pressure and it was complicated to have a shower. We didnt try the breakfast. Good location for the metro/train at Montparnasse and good soundproofing of the room."

"The location was most beneficial. It is only a short walk to the Villejuif Metro station. The view from the 10th floor terrace was wonderful. Parking is limited."

Le seul petit inconvénient réside dans la distance qui nous sépare des sites touristiques classiques, malgré les très bonnes liaisons."
