Excellent location in the Hague. Near fun shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Quiet, clean room. Property was in excellent condition and i would return in future. Recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great size. Hotel was the perfect location. Walking distance to Delft and easy on and off the freeway. Excellent property I would stay again.

Excellent location. Rooms are small but completely charming, as is the neighborhood. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the stay felt very personal, as if I was a house guest. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a boutique experience.

everything is nice but needs to tell your housekeeping staff while washing the glasses and cups it needs to wash in a diswashers to prevent Germs not that if we ask glass they just wash it in the toilet that's it? They are so lazy to take a new one but still i like to come back in this hotel🇮🇸🇮🇸🇮🇸

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Hotel de Koophandel! Located right on one of the major squares in Deft, the hotel is very accessible to all of the major sites, as well as the main train station. All of the hotel staff were really accommodating and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and for exploring the area. Loved the safety. The vending machine was great. Overall great experience.

The stay was nice and the staff were very friendly, walking across the street to the mall and also to cafe and restaurants overlooking the river, a big supermarket. Everything you need is nearby. The tram also is very close.

Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages.

The staff went over and above! They were friendly and helpful. The room clean and fresh. The views were magnificent and the location perfect for business and pleasure travel. I will happily return on my next trip to Leiden.
