The experience is amazing. The service is superb. After choosing your bath robe, the lady actually walk us up to our room and explain everything, including helping my wife to wear her yukata. The hotel looks a little dated but extremely clean and neat. Room is comfy. The in house onsen is excellent as well. When we get off at train station, there's free shuttle to bring us the hotel. And we also offer free shuttle back to train station as well. Location is superb as well. Walking to all 7...
