"Clean room and great amenities "

"The hotel is very conveniently located—close to the train station, markets, bus stops, and pretty much everything you need. The room was quiet with a nice city view, and we appreciated having an electric cooktop for simple daily cooking. There was also a dining table in the room and plenty of closet space. The only thing I would like to see improved in the future is the fitness equipment. The bench press is not useful and feels unsafe, so it should be replaced with a proper one. Also, as a couple, we needed one more chair for comfortable seating, but the staff kindly provided it upon request. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will come back again on my next trip."

"The fact that it’s in the middle of nowhere, and it’s almost impossible to get a taxi from there to anywhere close by. I stayed almost two hours trying to get a taxi and don’t be fool by them telling you the Exchange Taxi service works there, cus it doesn’t. Hotel is also old, and smells like it looks. Don’t even try to cancel early, they wouldn’t let you. I got there and realized I was further from Humphreys and asked them to charge me for a day, and refund the unused days they didn’t agree. "

"Excellent price for last minute staff. Located in a port area with several hotels on same block along with restaurants and convenience shops. Room good size with a small balcony. Only challenge was late arrival and restaurant hours. Can’t beat the price!!!"

"Good service fast respond the breakfast service is a bit expensive but food itself is good. The staff are kinds some of them speak English very good better than me i would say😅 bath room and toilet are clean and toilet is a Japanese style with a bidet and self heating seats the tv has a good streaming service such as Netflix and YouTube "
