"My wife and I stayed at Amarin for 6 nights. Spacious room with ocean view. The hotel has easy access to different parts of the island by taxi or grab. Big pool located right next to the beach. The breakfast buffet was a very pleasant surprise. Had a lot of variety and options. Hotel staff was excellent in all domains. Friendly, helpful and professional. The area also felt safe. Highly recommended. "

"I have travels around the world, staying in hostels and home stays to 5 star resorts and everything in between. This is the first time I have left a hotel after just one night. The difference between the pictures on this app and reality was shocking. This hotel is run down, with old rusty tables in the lobby and an abandoned “restaurant”by the pool. The property is overgrown and not kept clean. There are SO many places to stay in Phu Quoc, to fit all budgets and trip types. Do not stay here. "

"If you can, you definitely should. Huge living space, beautiful bedrooms, large outdoor living with private pool. The breakfast buffet was good and the other resort pools were also fantastic. relaxing place, the staff are very nice and always doing their best to help where they can. It’s great for family. The food was excellent, lots of varieties but it was geared toward international food, not the Vietnamese culture. However, I did not find this place to be 5 stars due to quality of the villas. Cabinets looks cheap. Fridge was slanted, pool was felt dirty. It was a nice villa, just the quality wasn’t there especially for the price you pay for. "

"We stayed four nights in a lovely, clean, spacious seafront cottage with all mod cons. The sea was literally steps away and was warm and clean (we took a trip to the west coast and were shocked by how much rubbish was floating in the sea there in comparison).
