"A notre arrivée, l'hôtelier nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à notre nom, qu'il venait de racheter cet hôtel et que pour pouvoir y dormir, il fallait annuler notre réservation auprès d'hotel.com (ce qui était impossible sans perdre les 60 € déjà payés car il nous demandait une annulation pour le jour même) et qu'ensuite, il fallait le payer en espèces le prix de la chambre (environ 45 €). Sans moyen de contacter Hotel.com car 4h du matin en France, nous avons préféré quitter cet...

"The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price."

They have extensive international hospitality experience, and they helped me arrange top-notch transport from Colombo, around Anurhadapura, and a dream tour around the ancient cities—all very last-minute. "Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!"
