"This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - we arranged a late check out and to leave our bags as we had to wait for a late train. Would 100% recommend, can't imagine anywhere nicer in Ninh Binh or surroundings."

"Beautiful surrondings but you need to rent a motorbike or bycicle to go anywhere. Breakfast included but you still have to pay for coffee... Room was okay but a but smelly with all the humidity. Problably amazing when sunny."
