"We were disappointed at first when unable to find waterfront accommodation but so happy we didn’t. The Doubletree Hilton was so much better. We loved the green spaces along The Esplanade and the lovely seaview from our room. Although a long walk from the waterfront, close to shops and a couple of Darwin’s best restaurants. Local bus runs behind the hotel and Uber inexpensive.Best features the great pool and wonderful staff. Special compliment to Jeffrey for a great gin and tonic.😁 "

"Checking in was both pleasant and smooth. Staff were friendly. The 2 bedroom suite we got was great. AC was working great. Suite was both clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was a bonus. Bedroom and washroom amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast spread was good. Location was great. Walking distance to many spots. Loads of eateries/waterholes just short jaunts away. Recommended!"

"Great room with large kitchen including laundry, living room and dining area, plus 2 bedrooms. Our room had a HUGE balcony off of it with dining table. So nice. The rooftop restaurant/bar was awesome! We had some drinks and enjoyed complimenting snacks and the kids loved the massage chairs. Special spot. The pool was awesome! "

"Great central Darwin city location for attending Darwin festival events. Bathroom was modern and spacious. Bes and lounge also comfortable and spacious. Modern bedside lamps with USB. Good aircon, nice verandah. TV smallest we've seen un a hotel in a very long time - bigger TV in a cruise ship room. Hallway carpet in desperate need of replacement - very much a trip hazard."

"I got to Darwin after quite a roundabout trip, so I was really needing somewhere friendly and nice to stay. The Leea was close to the city and although going though massive renovations, provided a very welcoming and pleasant experience. The bed was good, the facilities very good and the view from the room especially at night was lovely."
