"The property itself is very good, modern, well-appointed and well-kept. My suite was huge and well-equipped, good kitchen area, tvs and great bed. Staff were unobtrusive and helpful when needed. The area itself is still under development, with many vacant lots and traffic basically using sand tracks in some places. This made the walk to the local mall/hypermarket rather tricky, so taking a cab is recommended. "

"The restaurants are first class setting but very few customers. The hotel is really not kept up and cannot be compared to the stylish restaurant. Maybe for family with limited budget it would be good , but I normally pick 5 start hotels and this one is not exactly what I would pick "

"Horrible place. Dirty linen and bathroom. The refrigerator and the entire room smell like fish. Microwave dirty. "

"Great location. Rooms are large with a view of the city. A 5 minute walk to city center. Gold city is across from hotel. Next to that is the largest Souq in the country. Parking is available. There’s a travel agent on site. Restaurants on site too but many places to eat within walking distance.."

"Staff are very helpful in all hotel areas. Room was clean but need renovations and some furniture need to be replaced. Roads around the hotel are narrow and require lots of attention while driving. "
