"Very spacious, clean apartment in the heart of Bristol's shopping district. I was concerned that it might be very noisy but actually was pleasantly surprised to have a very good night's sleep. The apartment is furnished to a high spec with lots of crockery, pots/pans and utensils to use. Very clean and easy process for check-in/check-out. Would highly recommend."

I emailed the team advising them it was my daughter’s birthday and they went the extra mile, she had a room upgrade and was also greeted with a birthday cake and a box of chocolates. She was so surprised and delighted. She was so impressed we booked a stay too."
