"Fabulous place to stay . Lovely rooms . Situated 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes away from the back . Nick the host so helpful , recommended places to get breakfast ( can recommend the cafe Gro , fabulous coffee and food ) Would stay here again . Lovely. Thanks Nick we loved it . Janet "

There was a small miscommunication as i didnt recieve my code to get in however a quick, pleasant phonecall with Andrew and I had it in a matter of seconds. "The Townhouse was the best place we could have landed upon our arrival to Scotland. Our room was immaculate & the bed was very comfy, which we needed with the big time change. Allison was a wonderful host & breakfast was delicious. We loved exploring the area... it was located on a quiet residential street, but still within walking distance of many good restaurants & shops. We would not stay anywhere else upon our return to Ayr. Highly recommend this lovely boutique B&B!"

"Rooms are in a separate building to the pub/restaurant. Reception is located in the pub, a few minutes walk from the hotel entrance. Not ideal when it is torrential rain outside (got soaked). 2 mins walk to Greggs, KFC, Dominos if you fancy food from any of those establishments. Drive through Costa also on site. "

"We have had the BEST stay, beautiful room with a stunning view and an extremely comfy bed. Quality fresh mussels served just how we like them lovely and hot. Excellent breakfast with quality produce cooked to perfection. Everything was outstanding but what was above outstanding was the service by the staff, nothing was too much trouble and all made us feel very welcome especially Martin the concierge who goes above and beyond looking after all of the guests. Well done we will be back again soon....
