"We walked here from the train station with our luggage in under 20 minutes. I think we got upgraded to a top floor, lovely corner room with a nice view to the south. Location is great to walk to the Promenade or anywhere else you want to go. The street itself is tree-lined and away from the bulk of the tourists. I recommend the nearby La Niçoise bakery if you’re there Monday to Friday. They know some English, but always ask before you assume because place caters to locals and the lucky tourists...

It was only a six minute walk from the L2 Tram from the airport. It was also about an eight minute walk to the promenade de Anglais. Niece is beautiful with a lot of elegant buildings. "The location is a good reason to stay here. In 5 minutes I was at the centre where many restaurants are located, so had a good number of food places to choose from. The Promenade and beach area is also short walking distance. The Masséna square is nearby and you can continue walking to the Old Town, to the Cours Saleya marketplace and also to where Castle Hill is. It was a very convenient spot to stay without paying the higher prices you would if staying right by the beach area. The hotel itself...
