Marco and Eleonora are simply the best one could ask: attentive, professional , caring. Me and my daughter were treated like one of their own and that feeling says more than a million words. "We stayed in 2 totally diiferent rooms in the same hotel with my collegue. No lights on the wall and I packed my stuff with phone flaslight. Towels very dusty. Bath cover glass was not working and it made the floors very wet. AC temp. Is not changing and go above 23 degree. I become frozen in the night. Nothing to eat in the minibar, we were starving in the nights when everywhere closed cause we checked in late. Tv is stated at somewhere you cant fully watch from your bed."
