"The staff was very helpful. We had a glitch with our email and couldn't get the codes for the doors. They helped us and were very competent and genial. Thank you to Sergio and Eleonora. The room was spotless and appropriately appointed. The location is excellent for touring the Forum and Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. The only drawback was that the side street on which it is located was blocked to car traffic so we had to drag our suitcases a little way."
