"Max was extremely welcoming when we arrived. The ground floor room was lovely and the bed comfortable, nice bathroom, all very modern. Food at breakfast was excellent and always well stocked, coffee by the pool was lovely. Two standouts from this hotel are the staff (Bettina on reception was a little star and Cecilia at breakfast) and the view from breakfast - to die for! Nothing was too much trouble, great vibe, perfect location for exploring Lake Garda. "
