Suggestion for improvement: Just one day I couldn t go to the Sauna because there was a misunderstanding with the maintence guy. He did not realise that I had signed up for the Spa. Cause he was working on the electricity the Sauna was shut off. He proposed me to go 1 hour later, I could even go after the official closing hour. When we met Barbara it wad clear she renovated the Rooms cause unlike many italian Hotels the were the perfect Mix or italian style mixed with modern elements. Too bad her restsursnt was closed. Will be back to try the food there.. She was also very helpfull with all our requests/questions.."
