"Location is the best. Any activities around are driveable. Staff was great and provided info on activities around. There was no air-conditioning, considering warm weather. Kept window/balcony door open, issue was mosquitoes. We were bitten every day. Dust wasn't cleaned around the bed and underneath. Only noticed it due to kids walking bare foot in the room.
Adding air conditioning (AC), magnetic mesh for window and balcony door would be great or a UV light insect killer.

"Great location. .only 10 minutes walk to reach Thermal Kristall Trimini.. and few minutes drive to nice location on the lake, where it is great to swim. When entering the property it gives you feeling being at home.. w. Bavarian touch.. cosy and charming.. warm atmosphere.
