The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, and were also extremely knowledgeable about the local area, offering helpful advice on walks and places to visit. Really comfy bed (and I am very fussy). Beautiful towels and toiletries. Nice food in the evening, fabulous breakfast. We didn’t make it down for the complimentary canapés but I am sure we will be back."

"Very nice property, great base for birdwatching as Minsmere RSPB reserve and Dunwich heath close by. Good facilities and having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 3 of us was excellent. Couple of gripes, single bed mattress was too soft, and dini g table bit too big for the room, made moving around it a squeeze."
