While the hotel felt a bit old and dated (which is to be expected for the price), the bed was comfortable and the pool area was a real highlight. "Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"Good location for walking to ANU. The cooked breakfast was good but I had to explain to staff on four different occasions that it was included in my room rate. The room was set to very dim lighting and was very dusty which was visible along the edges of the carpet and doorframes. "

"Friendly staff, access to the club excellent for drinks, meal, breakfast, only a short walk down to the Dickson interchange for the light rail, plus all the other restaurants around Dickson. Great parking, too. Rooms are on the bigger side and quiet. Love staying here when we visit Canberra."
