"Une catastrophe !!! Nous devions passer 3 nuits, nous avons été obligé d’écourter notre séjour afin de n’y passer qu’une seule nuit tellement l’état était ignoble. Le logement est tout à fait insalubre, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude (a la limite cela peut passer) mais lorsqu’en arrivant nous avons découvert les cheveux coincés dans la douche, le rideau de douche troué, noire de crasse, ça en était trop ! "Friendly staff, possibility to clean your room daily. Had breakfast once, not to bad. Room service oke, but food is oke or not so good, depands what you order. Well our stay was oke, make sure you get a room not at the road. If you are on your way during the day it is a good hotel to stay, standard room. "

First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."

"Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht. Er was geen personeel wat engels sprak. Wij hadden iedere keer bij de receptie een bewaker zitten die helemaal niet verstond. Ander personeel niet gezien. Ontbijt was slecht en hadden geen keuze gekregen de avond ervoor dus kregen volgende ochtend zomaar wat. Omdat we dag daarop vroeg weg gingen had onze chauffeur om een ontbijtpakket gevraagd maar deze was er niet die ochtend en verder ook helemaal geen personeel te vinden behalve de...
