Room had no towels when we got there, bed sheet had stain / marks on a small area near tge pullow i asked for extra towels and got them promply but then housekeeping took them away the following morning when they cleaned. Was charged 45 IDR for a small amount of milk to make tea with.
Its a nice place. Older than others buy it has 2 pools, small gym, excellent restaurant with very non-hotel prices. You need a scooter or car though bc it's a bit isolated with...
