"Team is good. WiFi is very bad in the most expensive suite. Maintenance, Cleaning and service is non satisfactory. Es I have arrived, were no towels in room and the safe could not be used also as I moved to the suite which has no internet connection. Don't replace daily the bed sheet, forget replacing towels and force putting "Please clean my room" sign on the door. Cleaning is not a regular process. today 29.02.2020 at 15.00 h the room has not been cleaned although I have left the sign since...
