"I am not one to write a review however this place warents one. I wanted to have a relaxing time overlooking the mekong river however this is not the place. The Sky bar would not accommodate me with a seat outside even though I was the only one there. Even getting to the room you have to go through the back of the building. In the end I could not stay there and got another hotel,"
