"The hotel is a budget hotel. Given the limited options in Zamboanga, the hotel is good, and the price point is very reasonable as well. Don't expect anything fancy; you're not paying fancy prices! The rooms are old but clean, as is the washroom. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location is on the border of a commercial area and somewhat residential area - you will hear noises from the street, but not regularly (might be different for very light sleepers).
