Janne, Mary, Marian (and one other lady, who joined us on the cruise, apologies forgot name) were welcoming, professional, friendly and very informative. "Location is definitely what you are paying for. Stunningly beautiful. The staff is very tentative. Breakfast is good. We do wish they payed better attention to detail. Example: watering and nurturing the plants. They have so much potential! To us it’s obvious it’s a management problem, not an employee issue. Again, the staff is a 10/10."
