"My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. "Was here for a wedding, the hotel placed me and my partner in a totally different building. Which was very dirty and the washroom smells terribly. When we asked the reception they said they are not allowed to checked us in into the building that we reserved because it was booked exclusively for someone’s 82nd birthday. Keep in mind we did not book this hotel last minute, we booked this almost a year ago for the wedding. "
