"The worst hotel experience ever! I paid for a room for 3 guests, but it only accommodated 2 people. Even at check-in, the room was prepared for 2 guests only. When I asked the receptionist, they said I needed to pay extra for the third bed — apparently, the existing setup was only for 2 pax. I reached out to Expedia, but they couldn’t do anything about it. "Reservations were made easily through an online platform. Property emailed me a contact number so that I could contact them as needed upon my arrival to Chongqing. Once I arrived by metro, I messaged the property and they gave me further directions on how to locate the hotel by pin location. Located on the 41st floor (take elevator 5 or 10), check in was easy. Room was better than expected. Staff was very friendly, too! Stay here!"
