"最高のホテルステイでした。ホテル自体が新しく、センスもよく、掃除が行き届いていて清潔、部屋に入った瞬間から気分が上がりました。ホテルスタッフは空港で待ち受けてくださる方も、コンシェルジュも清掃の方もバスの運転手もどの方も常に笑顔、素晴らしく礼儀が正しく、気持ちよいサービスを受けることが出来ました。ラウンジも使えて、とてもリラックスできました。オーシャンビュー指定の部屋ではありませんでしたが、部屋から海は見えましたし、アメニティーも良かったです。"

"Customer Service at The Shigira was exceptional. We could not have been happier with the level of care and attention that Miyu provided. She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had."

"We had an absolutely excellent stay at Allamanda Imgya Coral Village, and as a family of five we couldn’t have been happier. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, and the shuttle service — both to the airport and between the Shigira hotels — made getting around very easy. A truly special place. We are already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend it! "

"エクスペディアの予約の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせると英語表記で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。 部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。 調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。"

"宮古島に宿泊でしたら、こちらを強くおすすめします。 まずは空港すぐ。 またどの方面の観光地にもアクセスが大変よく、大変便利です。 ホテルではなく一棟貸しなので、自宅のようにくつろぐことができます。 リビングの広さには圧巻！ 10人は余裕でくつろげるような広さ。 ガーデンも南国特有の木や花が植えられており、リビング越しからの眺めは最高です。 寝室はオーシャンビューで、開放感ばっちり。 洗濯機もあり水着などを夕方洗えば翌日には乾いてます。 広い空間。 アクセスの良さ。 とても満足してます！"
