"The Sukhothai is as always, AMAZING! I have tried other hotels in Shanghai, but they just can't top The Sukhothai. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is amazing, the surrounding areas are great - Cheesecake Factory at the mall and the giant Starbucks Reserve down the street. The spa is also wonderful. Will never stay anywhere else in Shanghai!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful! There was a barrier language but with their actions, you can tell that they are willing to assist you in ways. Clean and orderly property. The room was spacious and quite modern. The only minor inconvenience is the confusing hallway and lack of elevator. Other than that, it was a great 4-day stay."

"A convenient location. Very close to Shanghai Opera House and The Shanghai Conservatory of Music. I had a self guided tour in "The Shanghai Conservatory of Music", which is an expected experience. "

"Great experience. Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. We stayed for a week and had breakfast. Breakfast had buffet and menu included. Quality of food was great but for one week and no change in menu was boring. They said they change the menu every 2 weeks and in my opinion that’s too long for same many. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I visit Shanghai again. "

"We stayed in the largest room in the hotel. Our six nights in the hotel was comfortable, only issue was there was a couple of days the weather was very cold, but the receptionist gave us their own heater that was meant for themselves. Generally clean and comfy. A 10 min walk to Yu Garden and they have a shuttle bus to some tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"I have been travelling in China on business for many years and Jin Jiang Tower is definitely the best choice of stay in Shanghai for business and pleasure, the excellent location in the downtown area with easy excess to the famous landmarks and plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. "This was just an ok stay. The hotel looked run down. There was a noticeable sewage ordor in the lobby, and the bathroom had black residue on the tiles that might have been mold. Overall, the stay wasn't worth the money."

"Very clean and new structure, nice rooms and laundry. Gym on the small end. Very good breakfast with huge selection, of course more leaning towards local Chinese dishes. A bit far from the subway station but good value for money and reception staff very helpful "
