代表者が車を止めに行っている間他の4人は15分程度チェックインを待たされていた。
結果的に代表者がいなくてもチェックイン出来たのだが、不手際が目立って気分を損ねた。

"娘の大学の卒業式の前泊の為宿泊させて頂きました。最初は夫婦2名で予約しましたが、急遽娘も宿泊する事になり、問い合わせた際に快く3名和室に変更してくださったり、当日、娘の 着付けの送迎に当たり、車を出し入れしたり時間をオーバーした際にもとても配慮者があり、助かりました！朝食も庭園も立派で、良い思い出になりました。
