"직원분들 너무 황송할정도로 친절하셨구요. 신혼여행이라 일부러 개인 야외 욕조 있는 방으로 예약했는데 너무 좋았어요. 동백방 최고! 하루만 묵은게 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 숙소 내 온천 시간도 널널하고 이용객이 없을땐 전세낸것처럼 편하게 즐겼어요. 도고온센 별관도 내부 탕 하나 노천 하나인데 료칸도 내부탕 하나 노천 하나여서 여기서만 온천 즐겨도 되겠다는 생각까지 들었어요. 씻고나와서 앞에 놓인 무료 아이스크림과 맥주로 신나게 즐겼습니다. 너무 짧은 시간 묵어서 본관까지 못 즐긴게 아쉬워요ㅠ 다음 기념일에 또 오고 싶어요"

"Great location! Walkable to matsuyama city station and the JR station. Right across the street from tram stops. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. Breakfast was average, but definitely not the worst we had in Japan! Nice to be able to get a tea or water after a day out. "
