"Gorgeous view. Was able to catch the sunrise behind the mountain and angel Road which was beautiful. The room has all the basic necessities (towels, coffee makers, bowls, cups and utensils) and has black out curtains for comfortable sleep. The description said there is a washer but come to find out it’s a washer and dryer in one! So helpful when traveling with younger kids. You will need a rental car or book a site seeing cab. You can walk down the hill to the mega super market in about 15mins...

"Staff was super kind - I needed help bringing my & my travel companion's bags upstairs while my travel companion was out, and they even helped me carry it up. The public bath was lovely, and there was free ice cream and laundry. Rooms were smaller but well laid out so it was easy to use. I loved it! The parking uses a car rotator so only small cars will fit in - FYI. Did not try breakfast but did try their free ramen at night, which was a nice snack."

"Obviously the premier hotel in the area as every taxi driver recognizes the name Hanajukai. We had a top floor room with private Onsen with view of the harbor. Because it is up a hill getting in and out requires a taxi. The meals were excellent as well. "

"very good experience overall. The room is standard in set up yet tidy enough. I particular enjoy the window which could be opened for natual cool breeze. The location of hotel is just 5 mins away from the buzzing and major bus terminal. Convenience enough yet away from the busy location. I would come back in the future. "
