"Nice business hotel close to the central Kobe station. The rooms had a good size for a business hotel. The breakfast is arc the café at the ground floor. First morning it was very crowded. Second morning it was half empty. Mostly Japanese breakfast. Convenient location to explore Kobe and it's surrounding. "

"This is a business hotel that’s a but older but well maintained. Seems like it was built after the earthquake. A bit hard to find as it’s not on a Main Street. From the front it looks like an office building. Overall it was decent, ok for a short stay. Breakfast was good but could be crowded at times."

"Excellent location. Can’t get any closer to shin-Kobe station. Has underground grocery and 100 yen store. Nunobiki falls and the Herb Garden are right around the corner. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and even helped us reserve dinners and tickets to events."
