"I stay 12 nights in this hotel and have great experience here. I visit Japan twice a year and stay various hotels before. This hotel meets all my expectations especially for the room laundry (my room type), free drinking water for every floor, happy hour for soft drinks in 3F and bathing place in 4F. The location is also very convenient for Kansai travel. The hotel also near big supermarket and sopping stores. Anyway, I do have fun during this periods. "We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : ) "
