"This year, 2025, is our 2nd time having stays at Holiday Inn Shin Osaka. Very accessible to Shin Osaka St, they had free and ontime-scheduled shuttle service from and to Shin Osaka St., starting 7am until 9.30pm (if i m not mistaken). "It’s about 7 minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station via skywalk through a commercial building, which you can access after a minute walk outside. It’s like any other JR VIA hotels, so nothing fancy but everything is clean, at least in my opinion. I did not have much interaction with staff so can’t say they were good or bad. Overall, recommended. "
