"If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "The staff at this hotel were exceptionally polite, and both dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is obviously old and could use some serious renovations. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, but I probably wouldn't return unless they upgrade a few things."
