"The hotel is a located inside a converted house. Everything looks very traditional, complete with low ceilings, sliding doors, mat covered floors and futons. The dorm slept four, which I though was tight, but it seems to work well enough that I slept quite well both nights. "This was such a beautiful little getaway for a few days relaxing in a traditional Japanese style accomodation with onset! The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, especially for my partner who has a lot of food allergies (so they quickly replanned all the amazing food courses for him!). Such a great start to our trip to Japan."

Staff were friendly - used Google translate as there were not many western travellers. Amazing Onsens - all gender seperate apart from private but open 24 hours. Food was great - and a shop for snacks, souvenirs and drinks. Great for winding down and experiencing the snow and small field close by."
