"Excellent location inside the covered pedestrian only shopping district with easy access to three convenience stores, shopping and unlimited restaurants nearby. Don Quixote, Pole town, Parco, Mitsukoshi, Daiichi Grocery are all close walking distance. Onsen and buffet breakfast are excellent. The circle tram for Mt Moiwa is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and drops you off at the base of the mountain right across the free shuttle bus stop. I would stay here again. Book early as it sells often...

"Hotel within walking distance to end of Oddori park and near subway station (2 blocls away). It offers lounge access (free drinks and snacks) for all hotel guests 2x a day. One at 5-7 pm and another at 9-11 pm (with unlimited alcohol, drinks and sweets (chocolate, mochi, candies, pretzels, dehydrated fruits, salmon/cod jerkies). Bus going to new Chitose airport has a pick up schedule from the back of the hotel everyday at 9:30 and 10:30 am so convenient if you have many luggage and going to the...

"As always in Japanese the hotels are very accommodating and clean. Smooth check in and check out process, cleaning lady was super sweet. About a 7-10 minute walk from JR Sapporo and walking distance to everything you could need. 24/7 Lawson just outside and a 10 min walk to anything from tourist spots (clock tower etc) and shopping district. "

"Room was very compact but comfortable. Wall charging sockets are USB-A only, so bring appropriate cables. Bathroom was small but good - excellent shower. Closest bus stop to/from New Chitosi is at Hotel Abest about 150m away. Breakfast was limited but decent. Nice staff. "
