"I booked this hotel for my mom. First of all, it is great that they accept 3rd party bookings - I was able to pay for her stay with US card without me actually being there. Hotel itself has great location close to the Blue and Haga Sofia mosques. Some rooms have few of the Bosphorus. Staff is very friendly and kind. My mom arrived with 7 am flight, and they were able to accommodate her right away and even provided the breakfast as soon as she arrived at the property. Will definitely recommend...

We didn't check out the spa, but the front desk people were always helpful. Luda and the ladies in the dining area were awesome. The location is superb close to all of the major sites in Sultanhamet. The only weakness was that the Wi-Fi blocked my VPN but that is typical of many places in Turkey due to the authoritarian government. It was a chilly day in Istanbul and they were kind enough to get us extra heaters to warm the rooms up even more. Large and clean rooms. Helped with luggage, etc. even at 4am when our van came to pick us up to take to airport. "
