We were greeted by a friendly person who checked us in and made sure we had everything that we needed. The room was so beautiful and just as the description. "One of our two rooms had a couple of minor niggles - loose shaving mirror that made it unusable and shower tray had a slight leak so needed re-sealing but otherwise it was a good-sized room and the bed was super comfortable with a range of pillows. The second (free upgrade) room was perfect though. Communal areas are of a high standard and clean. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Pool area is lovely for relaxing and retains the sunlight into the late afternoon (mid April stay). The highlight...
