"The access road was being renewed when we went which did make it awkward but staff were around to point us in the right direction. The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful and the free hour each day in the gym and spar was super. The main highlight though was the beautiful views of the bay from the dinning area even on a cloudy day!"

Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of hot and cold options. We enjoyed the full cooked breakfasts as well as the cereals. "Spacious, private accommodation with own outdoor seating area. Large bathroom with great rainfall shower and heated towel rail. Bed is very comfortable. We had a very warm welcome by Camille and her cute dog Bo. Fabulous breakfast with fresh fruit and yoghurt beautifullly presented followed by an excellent cooked breakfast. Camille was also very helpful with local attractions. Great gastro pub a 4 minute walk down the hill. Would thoroughly recommend staying at the B&B."

"Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

"I travelled with my teenage son for a beach competition at Poppit Sands, it was a lovely comfortable room, good location for exploring Cardigan. The staff and locals at The Red Lion were all so lovely and welcoming to us both, he enjoyed playing darts and pool with some of the regulars. He is already keen to come back and we only left this morning "

"Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. Bedroom door handle/latch was very stiff and hard to open. Shower temperature dial was also VERY stiff. It was stuck on...
