"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around.
