"What an amazing hotel, we had a two day stay in the Venetian Suite, a lovely room. Greyfriars is a beautiful hotel with a chilled vibe. On our second night, (after our wedding) we walked in and the staff had filled the suite with rose petals and some lovely chocolates. We live around 30 minutes away but will be staying again for a date night or two 😉"

"Just a one night stop on business so no time to investigate in detail but very friendly and helpful staff and a very nice room. Not a big room but nicely furnished and equipped with a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a couple of pods, tv, iron and board, etc. comfortable bed. Overall a nice comfortable night’s stay."

"I couldn't fault this stay (aside from paying 8 pounds for parking on top of the room). The room was good value for money, excellently appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely modern bathroom. It was also very quiet in spite of being near to a main road. The hotel has a modern feel and feels fresh and bright. The staff were superb - all very friendly and welcoming.
