"We were assigned a deluxe room with a single king size bed. 1. The room had (all the rooms) a namesake electronic keypad locker that opens with a common locker key. We were forced not to keep anything valuable in the room and had to carry our valuables all the time. 2. The moment we entered the bathroom We found that the bucket is broken and it didn't have a soap stand. 3. This room didn't have a fridge as well. 4. We asked for a change of room. They gave it instantly. It left us wondering...
