I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

The room is clean, spacious and the provision of a air purifier has added value to the hotel. Bus services provided by Nishitetsu and Kitakyushu city allow one to travel easily to other major towns."

"The room was normally clean and pretty spacious more than i expected. The staff at the lobby was nice. I think free breakfast is the most something noticeable although we couldn't have. This hotel is close to ARUARU CITY which is the biggest anime/entertainment shop in the KOKURA. You can access there in around 5 minutes by walking."
